How's everyone doing on this fine evening???

So anyways, I somehow managed to download a keylogger of some sort that avoided my lazy virus scanner's detection methods. My iTunes account was hacked, purchases were made, my steam account was hacked, but thankfully I just heard back from Steam and am happy to report that I have have access to it again.

however...

I compensated a friend a WoW account a week or so ago which was pretty nice compared to the one he lost, gave him full info, etc.... and then I receive a text @ about 5am (est) saying that there is an authenticator on the account. I tell him about the keylogger and in the back of my head I'm thinking "it had to have been recalled because he had to have changed the email and password to the account".

Needless to say, he never changed the email, password, and the account sits there with the same login info with just an authenticator on it. I assume that the keylogger gave someone access to the account management and time to put an authenticator on it (who knows what shape the characters are in).

I told him I'd call Blizzard when they open up and see if I can get the authenticator taken off, but now a days I hear you need to have an ID to do that. The account is in a made up name :(. Either way, outside of calling Blizzard and attempting to get the authenticator taken off that way, is there anything else I can do? Am I held accountable? I've already offered him 2 really good accounts (neither of them have the equal pvp gear, 1 of them has outstanding vanity, the other outstanding pve)...

Anyways, what do you guys think? I don't want to tell him "You should have changed the info on the account instead of just letting it sit there with that generic pw", but I'm all out of ideas.

Nevvvvermind. Just received an email from Blizzard, they removed the authenticator and all is well. Reset the pw and what not, yet he still plays on it without changing info...

The only problem is, he's unresponsive to me until something happens. After I sent him the reset pw and told him to change email and password ASAP, he just hops on the account and plays. I've sent him 2-3 text messages throughout the day making sure things were fine, and nothing. Not sure what else to do, I've never had a customer this careless before lol. And yea, this time I sent him the info via text, he doesn't log on AIM much either.... :(

This doesn't involve me at all does it? If so, I can try and get an ID scan for your friend, just in case, mainly because I know who the OO is of the account I received in return. ^.^

Haha no no, this doesn't involve you mr. Novax23. This is someone who I dealt with about a week before you :). I haven't spoken to him since but tried contacting him on various occasions, info is still the exact same lol.
