This guy scam me 210 after going through all of the process of working through payments on the first transaction of 102.18 on paypal than he said he couldn't make the withdraw due to needing a 200 minimum balance. So we went through venmo and he said he promised to refund me 110 once I sent him ,105 which I did. Once I sent it he blocked all communication from me
