It has all the F2P skins and 1 paid skin (fenny 4), the entire story completed, quite a few event items, several operatives uploaded to the base with special accessories, easily 1-3% neutrail sim, Missing some events but nothing relevant, is a f2p account but very dedicade, Every 5*operative (no Marian) is built + Operatives Meta 4* with logic sets, Weapon banner ready for 50/50 on pity, Eatchel already get it.
