Refund Policy:
Refunds are not eligible after the buyer gains access to the account i.e., after I forward the you the account information. Please ask any questions or address any concerns you have prior to purchase! That said, I am also a buyer on these forums so I am a firm believer that sellers need to be responsible for their products and have included the following exceptions:
I am willing to offer a Full Refund under the following circumstances ONLY
Recall Protection:
The Number 1 issue Buyers face when it comes to problems after-sale are account recalls. I will issue a full refund in the event that the Buyer can prove the account was recalled in a dispute. I will assist in any way I can in such circumstances. However - I am the Second Owner of almost every account I sell on these forums - the Original Owners are all Trusted Members of this website or EpicNPC Moderators. This is why I do not ask for some of the necessary information such as OGE and device specs (information which you would need to provide Hoyoverse to recall an account) when purchasing accounts from these reputable sellers. But I do possess almost all of the receipts for these accounts as I am the one who spends money on these accounts (most of the accounts I purchase are F2P). In short - neither the original owner nor I have all of the necessary information to successfully recall an account. In addition - almost every account I sell have unset Hoyoverse Usernames. So please buy with confidence!
Receipts:
Most of the accounts I sell are not F2P meaning I have and am willing to provide receipts if the Buyer wants. However that will VOID all possibilities of a refund under ALL circumstances.
Issue with the Account:
I will issue a Full Refund in the event the account info is not as described. This would include: Wrong Server; Birthday or Username already set (in the event that the sales thread claims it is not); Deadlinks (in the event that the sales thread claims it does not have any). This Policy is ONLY active for 1 Hour Post-Transfer of account information. In other words, please double-check that everything is as it should be when you receive the account! Disclaimer: I am able to provide this service because I video-record the final check in-game and on Hoyoverse's website before sale.
