I would prefer some good progress in tank lines like the ebr 105, prog, 5a, 277, and other meta lines.
Stats are not a must. Price and status of account are best. Premiums like the ebr fl10 and progetto 46 are great additions.
Budget is $150-250.
Access to email is required. If you require the email, it must be changed to a new email that you do not need access to prior to the purchase.
The more 10s and premium 8s the better. If the account is exceptional in all regards I would consider $300.
