Well there we have it then. This is unfortunate, but I'm not at all surprised. Hope ekcho enjoys his toon.
Ok, so ekcho must now recover the account or compensate johnboyy805. However it seems like he would rather have a ban, but I will still give him 48 hrs to respond. In the case of a ban, johnboyy805 you are ultimately responsible as you provided a guarantee to Tkmstr1009 and will then have to compensate him for the lost account.

After talking with John he has expressed to me that he has no real interest in compensating me. I'll let him have a chance to explain though...

Yep, I realize this. The total cost was actually $500.00. The price we agreed on was $500.00 but since I didn't have the full amount on hand at the time he agreed to let me send him the $475.00 first, then the other $30.00 a few days later. I can show the PayPal logs for both transactions, and if you refer to the feedback he left me it mentions the second payment. I do believe the second payment and price agreement is shown in the chat logs I posted originally. If they aren't, I'd be glad to fetch them and upload them here.
So in total he owes me $500.00.

Hello, I have talked to Tk and told him I need some time to consider what I want to do. He agreed to this saying it was a hard decision. One thing I think is kind of funny out of all of this is how Tk originally was stating he didn't want compensation, just wanted whoever responsible to be banned. Then after he was banned he starts saying he wants compensation. Just a little note.

I recall telling you that I would be willing to compromise and possibly take less than what you owe me but you insistence on rather getting a ban really irked me. I am moving across the country in a matter of days and I need the compensation now more than ever. If you are willing to work with me I could make a compromise with you.
Also, I never said I flat out didn't want compensation, I said let's worry about compensation once we figure out who's responsible. Well now is that time.

That's the reason I said that in the first place, Mike. John was being argumentative and belligerent every time I tried to compromise with him. I recall telling that multiple times that I would be willing to take somewhat less than the full amount in cash or WoW accounts. When I initially confronted him about this issue nearly a month ago I couldn't resolve anything with him without him bringing up how "I'm *****, now i'm gonna have no money *** $#*a$*#% #*%*#*". I get pissed too, and I understand where he's coming from, but he sold me an insecure account and it was 500 freaking dollars I'll likely never get back. If I didn't tell him something we would've likely blocked each-other out of arguing too much about compensation rather than the issue at hand. He pulled that straight out of context. Refer to the chat logs in the first post for the gist of it, and I have more if necessary.

I'd like to also add the pretext to his little chat snippet is riddled with accusations against me, calling ME a scammer and accusing me of scamming my own toon. It's quite hard to work with you John, it really is.

lol yea those are completely different times than mine and both of those screenshots are different. LOL good try I can show you what was left out was basically just us trying to figure out who it was and him saying he was gonna make a post about it and then said he would be fine with no compensation if some one got banned.

Nonononoono, by "15 minutes passed" I meant the time limit to edit the post so I could add the second screenshot in. The second screenshot is at a different time completely... It looks to be about 30 minutes later.
these screenshots dont matter. aim_johnboyy805 owes Tkmstr1009 compensation, thats it. You guys can either come up with a compromise yourself or I'll make one. But I'll give you another 48 to come up with something before I set a deadline.

K well it's June 2nd, time to figure out compensation. Did you think anything over?
aim_johnboyy805 owes $500 to Tkmstr1009 for the lost account. Deadline will be Monday 6th for compensation to be given or you guys to come up with another agreed upon solution. aim_johnboyy805 will be banned on Monday if no compensation is provided.
