My verification disappeared?

Hi, I used EpicNPC about 5 years ago and back then I verified my account using my ID, however now it seems that verification has disappeared, is this normal?

Verification probably lasted for a year when you bought it and expired.
Also, the system has been reworked last year. Now it's free and mostly automated, but gives no extra perks.

Weird, I don't remember paying for it at all, maybe in 2017 it was free? This was when I used it to sell a Gwent account, also it says completed orders 0 even though I did sell it.

Orders is how many Trade Guardian transaction you've completed + feedack from Oct 2022 and before.

Verification was a paid upgrade. I'm not sure how you could have had it, there is no ID on your account and I see no history that user group was ever added. Maybe you have multiple accounts.

I remember that I had to provide my ID to even open a thread with the offer and that I sold it to some French guy and that there was the middleman, maybe it was some other website similar to EpicNPC where I sold it in the end.
