My friend is having issues with the site. Please help!

Hey guys.. My friend signed up to the site * Hyp3rX *

Hes having issues : He verified the email after account creation and is verified through phone.

But he can not PM people. And he can 'not' post it says this when he looks around the forums

As far as i can see he needs to confirm his email address

Thats not 100% all of it but id have him check that. Thats all i see in his info. he shows as a newbie and not verified as of yet
