My false negative vote

I started thread about my negative vote. About guy that gave me negative, he bought account from me, we agreed to pay me in 3 pieces 60/60/80eur. Altho i told him that he can play when he give me 1st part of payment and he will get account info secret question when he pay me last part.He payed me 1st piece and i have him account info so he can log in and play.. after playing a while like a month or so..He decided not to play anymore and wants his money back.Altho i told him that if he pay me 1st piece and doesnt deliver the rest as promised i wont get him his money back.He said no problem he will buy it for sure etc etc.. and he gave me positive vote, after a month of playing he decided to stop playing and give me account and i give him his money.1st that wasnt the deal.And i didnt do it so he changed his positive to negative vote.I can provide all skype conversation here on EPICNPC.I assisted him of how to play, what to do, made him talents and everything.. and still he do something like this. But we agreed..

I added file as proof, skype conversation from the beggining when he contacted me.

I do not see any mention that you will keep the first payment if the sale is cancelled.

That said, he does not get to play on the account for a month for free and then decide he doesn't want it anymore. Normally a customary 20% fee can be kept for your troubles since he cancelled.

This is $40, so please issue a $20 refund. Then post the refund proof here and we can remove the feedback.
