I recently encountered a problem with my account on EpicNPC. When I tried to log in to leave feedback, I discovered that I could only access my account using Tor. However, upon verification via hCaptcha, a message read "account banned, service suspended".
When I managed to connect via Tor, I wanted to start again with a new phone number and e-mail. Unfortunately, I can't change the phone number because I can't remember the old one.
Here's what I'd like to do:
Solve the captcha problem, which only appears on EpicNPC.
Be able to change the phone number associated with my account to my current number.
If this isn't possible, delete/close this account and create a new one with the same username.
Please note that this is my personal account, no one else has ever logged on to it, and I still have access to the e-mail address associated with this account.
