muhar left a negative feedback for some reason. I would like to know why, thanks.

I checked. I sold him an unranked account or silver a month ago or so then he claimed the account got recovered then I gave him another account then he said it was recovered again. I wasn't sure why this happened but since I was not the original owner of both accounts. I believed him and decided to refund him. I gave him the half of it while I was disputing the other guy since I bought those accounts from him. This is the situation i believe.

Post proof of your refund. He is allowed to leave feedback based on how the deal(s) went however. We'll see what Mike says as he is the one who handles itrader rep.

--The buyer can still receive a neutral feedback if the seller believes they are lying about the recall.
-- Negative feedback can only be given to the seller if there is proof the OO or seller recalled, or the seller sold a stolen account. The buyer can only be given a negative if there is proof they are lying about the recall.
-- When there is no proof only neutral feedback can be given.
-- The only time a feedback will be removed is if the trade or sale never actually happened.

If a refund was issued, no neg/neutral feedback can be issued. Please post proof of refund and I will remove the negative.

In the future please do not claim a refund was given when it was not. The refund was't issued until 2 days after the neg feedback was given. Next time I will not remove the negative.
