Hi, Not sure if this is the right place to post this but here goes, If i sell a account on moneybookers fully legit and for some reason he decides to retrive the payment and scam is that possible via moneybookers, can they retreive the payment.

After reading that I believe that payments are only reversible via credit card charge back, coverage against this is only available to merchants. A 100% un-retrievable payment method is western union, you'll receive the physical money from a teller.

sorry to correct you, but it is possible to recall a payment via WU if you pay via credit card (you can then recall from the bank etc...) however, it is much more hassle but NOT impossible : )
