[HIDE=9999]Sounds like a popular fraud scheme where person wants to buy something without paying and immitates his own sale (may not have item at all) and asks 3rd person to send money to first party.
Paypal from his screenshots belongs to epicnpc user "claycousin".
Galis has to refund money for sure, but Alexeye guy is deserving punishment.

Payment has been sent via wrong / suspicious way with note for product another than you are buying.. When i asked for epicnpc profile and private message you were not able to do that. That's your only argument?
Most of sellers are using Friends and Family, you know why? Because of people like you = scammers who are making chargebacks after product delivery. PayPal protection for sellers is suck and does not work in most cases so we have to protect myself somehow.
This is the answer why you didn't received a coins, because you would try to make chargeback, as same as like you did it now.

If you didn't wanted to send money via F&A, you should then just choose an another system of payments, instead of sending money via really wrong / shady way, ignoring the whole instruction and not mentioning that the money will come from your buyer..

Maybe yes, maybe not. As far i know, Admins are not supporting scammers so it wouldn't be a good step to make refund of money, which you can use again to try scam next people. Furthemore, seems that the buyer is 'fake' and the paypal account belongs to you ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

I don't know what is going on, but I was used in a scam by Jassu:skype to pay money to [email protected] using paypal. Jassu then requested a screenshot of the confirmed payment and then told me that he can't use the money for a month and wanted me to put in a dispute because he was on vacation and didn't know how to issue a refund on paypal mobile. I have the entire chat log for an EpicNPC employee to see. I am sorry you got scammed Galis….you did in fact get scammed as well as I did too. I was promised a rogue account and I never got it.
