Do I need my account to be hooked up to a gmail rather than a hotmail? that could be the reason why I am getting invalid codes

Have you tried logging out of Epic completely? Closing the app then trying to login? If it is just your badge you are waiting for, I think the admins add that manually. They will see that you linked it. Did the onetime password work to get you on now?

Ive tried logging out and back in, ive tried everything and it just keeps saying invalid authentication. I dont know what to do honestly, ive tried my moms phone, ive tried my phone. Nothing

I would wait for Epic the Admin to see and respond to this post. I wouldn't get to upset...these guys are good and will correct it quickly.

Yeah, my phone time is correct. I guess I can wait because I really want to start being able to sell accounts on here and buy accounts. Etc

I would look into getting an Epic Membership at minimal. Getting "verified" makes you much more attractive to sellers and buyers.

You don't need the authenticator added to upgrade.

Try uninstalling the Google Authenticator from your phone and reinstalling it. Then try adding it again. If it still says invalid and re-syncing didn't help either, I'm not sure what it could be. Sorry.
