Describe how you were scammed: Dathaze messages me interested in above thread for his rogue. We trade and I server transfer my priest to the server of his choice before trading, due to him have Starcraft 2 CE on account. Contacts me the next day asking for a "trade back", claiming he was drunk the night of trading as didn't think it through. I agree to trade back and he offers to transfer me due to me wasting 25$ on transfer for him. When I ask for the transfer today, he says, "I offered you a transfer, you said no. Not my problem." In below screen shots you will notice I never said no, and he never claimed that "He can only transfer right now and not in the future."

Banned - Your threats of recalling accounts hoping you wont be banned dont work on me. I'm not personally effected if you do recall but know that I know of recent cases that Morgan Town PD has arrested people on charges of internet fraud so GL!

I read the thread and Dathaze clearly said he would xfer it back, and Cheats never responded. I would take that as a no personally. He had every opprotunity to say ok ill take that xfer. Instead he said "its w/e". I don't see Dathaze at fault here a day later after he offered to do it the day before. And no you didnt deny a transfer but you also didnt accept it either. You cant use that as an excuse...thats almost as bad as the drunk excuse. Just because you didnt say no doesnt mean you automatically said yes.

i was drunk lol and realized the next day i didnt want an account without an ID scan...

anyways if you read the logs i offered him an xfer, twice...his response was "its w.e."

i dont have the cash on my card to xfer him now, which i thought was against the rules anyways...so if im going to be labeled a scammer and get banned for this, whatever

His response "Its w/e" was said when you were talking about how you couldnt sell an account without an ID, it did not have any connection with your offer for an xfer Dath.

If a refund were to be given, I would ask that you refund him 25$, and not a server xfer which would violate the rules.

like i just said, i offered him an xfer TWO times in the convo...to which he didnt reply to, then messages me 2 weeks later asking for an xfer (which is against the rules) when im broke.

just because he has rep and has been around doesnt mean you can try to **** me over, if youre gonna ban me go ahead i guess but dont delete this thread so people can see whats up

After thinking about it more and getting some more information from Cheats, Ive come to the verdict that no refund for a transfer is to be given.

There was very little to no talk about a transfer in the near future and there was an open question that was never answered, so it made it a little bit of a tough case. In the end I think that this verdict is fair.
