Hello, i covered an mm fee hours ago with btc but it still says unpaid. I tried contacting support but they still haven't answered, Transaction number is #70546. On the chat is the receipt and all.

The bitcoin payment received was an underpayment, you did not send enough, so the payment failed. If your wallet charges extra fees, we do not cover those, so you have to add extra.

Since the payment was close enough, I updated the transaction status.
