MM fee refund

I had a transaction cancelled 8 days ago and was told the MM fee would be refunded within 24 hrs, it's already been 8 days and i still haven't gotten it, any way to resolve this asap?

I see the payment was voided on Feb 9th. Voided payments normally take 3-7 days to appear back on your balance, but can take longer. Since it's already over the 7 days, you'll have to contact your credit card about it. We do not have the ability to see when you receive it, only that it was voided. Sorry.
