MM fee refund

Hi there. I tried to buy an account with MM but after more than 30 mins no MM is answering so we decided to cancel it but as a buyer I can't. How can I get a refund of the MM fee? Thank you

Once the transaction is cancelled, refunds are issued within 24 hrs, but normally much sooner.
