Hello,
I had recently received a negative feedback from user sikwitit062984 that i feel is false or misleading. Here is some background information of the transaction:
The user had contacted me on discord as far back as December 1, 2020 and purchased two accounts from me on both 12/1 and 12/6 with no issues. On 12/30, sikwithit once again contacted me to purchase an account I had listed on my thread which is where the issue occurred. I had obtained the account in a trade with a epicnpc user, jenni0s, via chat on 12/24 and had sold the account to sikwithit for 215 dollars. Yesterday, sikwithit contacted me on discord and informed me there is a chargeback to the account resulting in a negative primogem balance(approximately 250 dollars =20850/8080*99) . I informed him that I would need to verify his claim by logging into the account. Once I had obtained access to the account and verified the negative balance, I offered him a full refund of his purchase price(215 dollars) or other alternatives method of resolution. I had informed sikwithit that I would need the account back to request for a refund/compensation from jenni0s as I am out the account I traded for this account. Sikwithit decided on a full refund which I immediately processed. As an afterward, sikwithit stated he needed to relay his experience on this transaction on epic as he had invested additional funds in the account after purchasing it. I told him sure thing as I believe that was fair.
In good faith with the buyer and upon verifying his claim, I had immediately resolved the issue with which I was responsible and liable for. I provided him with a full refund and will try to recoup some of my losses with jenni0s. I agree that the buyer has the freedom and right to leave a remark on my feedback based on his experience. However, I do not think a negative feedback should be warranted as I had upheld my end of the transaction by resolving the issue I am responsible for. I strive to provide a positive and fair experience for my buyers, sellers, and/or traders. I do not mislead others in my transactions and can not control what happens to the account after it is sold. I hope that the moderators/administrators can decide whether a negative feedback is warranted as I did not shirk from my responsibilities. If you have any questions or need additional information, please let me know. Thank you and stay safe.
