Describe how you were scammed: Sended him money trough Moneybookers, after i sent 120 euro he blocked me on msn.
Other details / notes: He didnt wan't to to me in telephone, and he told me before his paypal account was banned thats why he couldnt use paypal as payment method, he promised to give acc name + password + sq/sa after i sent 50% but it was a lie.. then i sent 15% more and he blocked me on msn
