Let's hope there is a chance to change him because 2 person waiting their deal to finish and waiting middleman in thread for 1 hour and 30 minute is not acceptable

You have the option of searching for the first available middleman.

we did , but he went offline after that he didn't respond till tomorrow

Once a MM is added to a transaction, they can't be replaced. This is done for security reasons.

You can cancel the transaction and recreate it if you don't want to wait. If the fee was already paid, it will be refunded, but it can take up to 24 hrs.
