Middleman question

Hello all,

i have a few questions about middleman services. There are:

1 - If my account was buyed from a user here with an official middleman support, i recived the money and after a few days that user who buyed the account start a dispute and take my money from paypal who do i blame?

2 - If i buy an account with an official middleman included and that user manage to steal my account even i payed and changed 2-step verification..etc with google recovery system who do i blame?

I know its hard situations but on castle clash accounts section are a lot of scammers and i really need to know if i will be covered somehow by the middlemans.

The middleman will be involved in the dispute, but it depends how the middleman setup the exchange. The MM can either hold the account/item or the payment.

If the MM holds the payment, then they won't be involved if there is a dispute over the account because the MM never had info on the account.

If the MM held the item/account, then they wouldn't be involved if there was a dispute over payment.
