I had to redo it again an pay another middleman fees before it reflected on the transaction.

Please is it possible to get a refund for the first middleman fees i paid for the transaction?

I see it was a bitcoin payment. Bitcoin payments required 2 confirmations before they're accepted. This can take 10-20 mins usually depending on the btc network fee.
