What is the dispute about?
Google and facebook accounts are both linked to this account. I spent over 2 hours explaining to him how to do certain steps. During which, I paid half ($40.00), during 50-50 trade and then he stopped responding soon after receiving my money. Later he then locked me out of facebook (he never removed his phone number from google and changed the password so I couldn't access) and then it looks like he resold the account to someone else (see photo of new japanese username). He stole my money and stopped responding. Now I'm out $40 and have nothing in return. Now also my personal email address is locked out from facebook (since I attached to FB) and he locked it). I am filing a refund request with Paypal also.

Other details / notes:
I realize that I made a mistake in purchasing on Discord and I accept my error. However I would still like to escalate this issue on EpicNPC to protect other members from this scammer since his post is still up. I blanked out personal info in photos as per the forum rules.

Did the seller say he's the original owner? (provide proof)
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc) Facebook login information, google login (though he kept his phone number and changed the password so I couldn't access after paying)
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? I only had 1/2 access through facebook. He changed google password and then got the facebook account locked right after so I can't log in.
