I was originally going to buy it for 550 but PayPal wasnt working because it was too much so we tried different sites, purchasing gift cards but it wasnt working so i figured id send multiple smaller payments but after the first, i couldnt send anymore. So we talked and he said he'd refund me the money and i said id buy it from him as soon as i figure out the paypal thing but then blocked me.
