What is the dispute about?
I made a listing looking for level boosting on wow classic era, he contacted me and we arranged a deal. He asked for half up front and half after. He had good feedback on this website so I trusted him. I sent him half the money and after a few days my character wasn’t levelled. He claimed his boosters brother died and after a few more days of being ignored he sends me a picture of a funeral but looks like a women not a man but this isn’t for me to dispute the death of a friend. He agreed to refund me as he could not do my order and then has been ignoring me ever since. We moved chat to discord to make it easier throughout the order as most people do, but we does not reply on discord or on epic npc, as far as proof goes I will upload screen shots of our chat, if there is any doubt he has not come back to me on epicnpc chat to say he did the order, I’ll even show the screen shots without the log in details blurred out and a moderator can log in and see the work has no been completed or even started. I have a lot of screen shots so may have to post below additionally.
