What is the dispute about? This seller sold me the Discord with Early Supporter Badge. I paid on Paypal (not as Friend & Family) because he agreed I could do so. He has been telling me that he has not received the money. When I asked for a refund he said he could refund and asked if I could be him gift card instead, I asked for MM if doing giftcard, he did not respond. However, after a few tried to get him to refund, he kept asking me to wait. I gave him 24 hours, he was online but didn't refund.
I do not need the account I need him to refund the payment that I have made.
Other details / notes:
The seller has changed his discord name from sharkz#1000 to 712#1000. However, i still had the original screenshot of the conversation (see other proof) when I paid the money to prove that it's him.
