Was Trade Guardian used? No, he said he was new to epicnpc and did not trust using middleman from here with his ten year old account (and yeah... in hindsight I should have known but since it was through PayPal, I thought it would be fine).
If yes, what is the Trade Guardian ID?
What is the dispute about? The seller said he had a league of legends account with the rare skins I was looking for, such as EDG Aphelios Chroma, Victorious Graves with all three Chromas, etc. We agreed to a deal amounting to 187 euros, with half up front and half after. After I sent the first half, he sent account details of an empty account and then proceeded to delete all his messages from discord (which to be honest, I did not know was possible). I did manage to save screenshots of the details of the deal before he did so though.

Here is a compilation of screenshots with the payment details. I opened a dispute with PayPal, and he responded by sending the image on the far left to them. In this image, he cropped out everything but you can see he sent information for an account which was empty and did not include any of the items he said it had. The images on the right are from me, with my actual responses, along with images he sent of "proof" that the account has the rare items I was looking for.

I can provide more screenshots if needed. You can see from the image above that he wrote, "Thanks for buying! All okay" and then deleted all his messages from my end. He also said he is the original owner of the account and sent a ton of pictures showing the items the account has on it. But the account that he sent was empty (which can be verified with the login information above). These rare items (like the Victorious Graves and Victorious Maokai) are not obtainable anymore and cannot be traded, so it is impossible to get them without buying an account that has them. Thank you
