Account was bought about 1 month ago. Today I tried logging in and it was locked. I emailed GGG and they asked to for some names that were created on the account. I contacted the seller and he told me he has no idea about the names. Without the names GGG won't help with anything. I have the emails from them regarding this. Also seller mentioned that he has done RMT on the account which I was not aware of and don't know if that's the reason it's Locked. Seller told me he would provide me the character names on the account by tomorrow. So I would like to wait till tomorrow to email GGG again. If this is not resolved then I would like to request my 450$ back.

Payment was sent as Runescape gold about 450$ worth.

He is telling me it has something to do with IP but I told him in that case usually you can get the code through the email and unlock the account but this is a Ban / Lock on the account that requires info that most likely original owner would have. Also on top of that him confirming that he's done a lot of RMT on the account worries me because GGG takes that very seriously and usually accounts get Locked because of that. Anyway he told me he will think of the character names by tomorrow. So I will email GGG tomorrow and again and post it here. If this is not resolved through GGG then I would please like to request my $450 to be refunded.

This thread is pointless and here is why. He contacted me yday, because GGG locked HIS account yesterday, atleast that's what it looks like, because they probably noticed ipchange on the account, it's not really that suprising, since buying accounts is against ToS, and this is high spender account. The account became hes, 1 month ago when i gave him recipes of the account, wich renders the account useless to me since it compromises critical info. After i gave him the info, the account became hes, i am not responsible what happens after to it, he obviously knew the risks of buying accounts, since it's not hes first time. Only time the responsibility becomes mine, is if i recover the account, aka scam. So, he came seeking help yesterday, and i helped as much as i could, since i can't remember character names because i have a utter crap name memory, aspergers wich makes hard to focus, hence making the name memory even worse + other health issues being like a zombie whole day, don't really have energy to focus on pointless things like names. I remember the account name, since i've used that name a lot as character names and account names, but the character names are pretty much random 1st time use names, and even nonsense dumb names. Now, let's get to hes 4head issue. He bought the account, and haven't even used it??? If he accually used it, he would of averted this problem, since what they asked was only account and character couple character names, WICH HE WOULD OF KNOWN IF HE ACCUALLY USED THE ACCOUNT 4HEAD. Trying to shift blame on me because you spend money on things you don't even use is borderline retarded. And if i known you gonna open up a DISUPTE for no reason, i would of told you to **** off yesterday on discord, i had no obligation to help you and i still offered to try to remember something, even gave you the account name because i am a nice guy, but you obviously try to **** me for trying to help you, guess that's normal for "trusted people". And if i knew character names and recovered the account, the account wouldn't be locked in the first place, if need be i can give screens of my 2 emails showing last emails to GGG to show there is no contact by me since last month. And wouldn't give a single toss about the account anyways, since the game bores me to death after 8000 hours. That's 8000 hours on same IP adress, so i am pretty sure that's why it got locked, i know the difference between punishment and security lock. Anyone with little knowledge of account black market, would find this dispute a waste of time, unless i have scammed anyone. PS this was a shitty way to start the morning.

I doubt i'll get any other help from original owner by reading his above statement. Without the names that he's created on the account GGG is not willing to help at all and will keep the account closed. He mentioned to me on discord that he has done tons of RMT on the account and I believe is the reason that it was Locked not because of IP change.

Anyway can a mod jump in and help out with this situation. I personally believe since he's the real owner of the account he should be able to help in this situation and not act like a kid by reading his statements.

@Phantasmogaria Users are responsible for the things they sell on this site. It's not a dump and leave deal, you're bound to help your customer if they run into issues. Please help Logisitcz recover his account, if you can't do that then please replace the account of equal value or issue him a refund. Please get in touch with him to sort this out. 48 hours.

Are you people(mods) mentally retarded? Do you even know how account trading works? Once i give any info that compromises the account, it's same as it getting banned/deleted. Now the most retarded thing is, that you can't seem to notice, that this isn't some ****ing throwaway league of legends account, that gets replaces when it get's banned. Here is why you are retarded, Imagine this, you work on account for years, and then sell it for scraps, the buyer gets banned/caught for buying the account, then you have to compensate him??? @Phantasmogaria Every legit seller on this website has the ability to either recover the account they sold (every original owner has the ability to recover their account, otherwise they contact the OO to do so) or at the very least the ability to replace or refund. Since you've pretty much said you aren't willing to do either, I'm going to go ahead and ban you. You are not welcome here now, or ever. Goodbye.

Support is asking for a few character names and as they put it "this is very basic form of verification". However the information was provided to the buyer since you can see all the character names one you login.

I would argue both are at fault since both can't remember any of the character names. Phantasmogaria is maybe more at fault since it's his account and he had it for a much longer time, so maybe 60-40 split.

Phantasmogaria posted a lot of screenshots of the account in his thread. Maybe he has some images on his computer that could show some character names to resolve this problem.

I recommend working with Phantasmogaria to find out if he has any images on his computer or negotiate some partial refund if he has no image. We can then issue an unban.
