What is the dispute about?

I bought an account couple weeks ago for like 600$ or so through trade guardian.
The account was banned for trading within 2 weeks from then (it could've been sooner but i didn't notice it until 2 weeks after).

So 2 weeks fast forward, i saw his offer on this site for the account i had bought (he forgot to take it down after sale) and it turns out he uploaded the picture with
the name clearly visible ( i don't think i saw his post before or atleast not with a picture attached to it, he contacted me to sell his account through dms).
I knew then this was leading to trouble and immediately contacted him and told him to remove everything from the post and delete it entirely if possible.
I went home and tried to check if the account was fine, and sadly it was banned indefinitely. From my experience none of the accounts i buy get banned if nobody logged into the game after sale.
So either he tried to recover the account and it was banned for trading because support manually investigated it or someone reported the account for trade because he left the name visible on the screenshot (which is what most likely happened).
I asked him to contact support and resolve this but as expected its all in vain. Now i asked him for a partial refund of 400$ and although he did accept that it was a mistake on his part, he told me that he is unable to pay the amount and only offered to pay back 100$

I think that when you spend quite the money it is given that you watch everything carefully, at least is what I do everytime. You noticed something was off 2 weeks after everything was done. Had you told me about this problem sooner the situation would have been different, 1 month and a half have passed and also don't understand why I should refund since I did all I was supposed to do and did no scam.

Btw I just read you said "although he did accept that it was a mistake on his part" and I don't agree, I just tried to help you solve the problem by contacting the support like you told me to cause I'm a good person and not a scammer like you're implying.
I sold you a perfectly functional account and we used Trade Guardian to do a safe trade, everything was fine, then after 2 weeks you pop up saying the account is banned, so I helped out of sympathy, but as far as I know you could have tried to sell it to someone else since you're a reseller and got it banned, you're the one who claimed you wanted to give it to your friend and now you giving me the burden of your mistakes, I'm not ok with that, putting the picture at fault and pointing the finger at me when that picture might not even be the reason the account got banned. I also can't believe a big reseller who buys and sells accounts on a daily basis didn't even made sure of nothing concerning the account and just bought it then claims not to have noticed anything for 2 weeks.

Most resellers buy accounts in bulk, we don't login and check every single account every other day to make sure there's nothing wrong with it. Its risky and time consuming.

As for the accusation that the account got banned over me trying to resell to someone else,

I never said you are a scammer, you are refusing to take responsibility. I was not asking for full refund even though when an account gets banned within 2 weeks of trade its generally considered to be on the seller and they are obligated to make a refund or replacement.

For what you said about not accepting this wasn't a mistake on your part, you are welcome to go over these,

Ban within 2 weeks generally the seller is obliged to refund? I know nothing about this since none wrote that, you might be saying that on your own.
I told "I'm guilty" beacause I was talking about support ticket cause they kept closing my tickets and i was irritated, cause in this case the account was not stolen for real as you told me to tell them (this Is what I meant for guillty, that the account wasn't stolen, but I sold it for real as the support kept telling me), that it was stolen and to try to recover it.
I literally wrote "sorry" that out of pity the very moment you told me the account was banned, cause after our trade we befriended and I started trusting you for some reason, you re just posting "proofs" of me when I tried to help you, had I been another person I would have just blocked you and now you would be here without anything. I gave you a perfectly functional account and you verified it, even if it was banned after 2 weeks it's not my problem anymore, so you can keep saying what you want, these are the facts. The only answer I got regarding the ban that can be called specific and satisfyng cause it's not just a copy paste of "attempt sale so ban" is this one(account stolen is the story you told me to tell them):

I have all the conversations with support, if you want I can add them, not once they told me the account was reported, that was my way of saying they find out the account has been sold cause I don't know the full meaning of english words cause I'm not english

So I'm certain it was not him.

The support ticket you attached kind of confirms they found out that you as an original owner attempted to sell or sold your account. They are very sure of it. They saw your post, name, platinum, cred amount and everything else checks out including exactly matching descriptions of your warframes, weapons and informations which only an owner would know.
They would've further investigated, for example when a new vpn was used by the middleman to change email and password. This contradicts with the claim of stolen account. There is absolutely no way support would ban an account for no reason ESPECIALLY an account which was never played on after sale.

they won't specifically say it was reported, however them saying "we have evidence that you willfully transferred the account to another person" kind of confirms i never attempted to resell the account, also the ban occurred solely from our trade.
My argument is that they would have absolutely no knowledge of an account trade happening without other factor interference and especially an account which was never logged in or played on post sale!

You're just giving hypothesis, facts are they saw records that the account was willingly sold and that can easily be the reason they banned it, they never mentioned reports. Also why you're so sure "They saw your post, name, platinum, cred amount and everything else checks out including exactly matching descriptions of your warframes, weapons and informations which only an owner would know."? account trading is strictly banned and not tolerated, how many players that got banned cause they sold their account do you think tried to recover it? I think a lot and warframe support knows that. Your evindence might as well be all the gimmicky we did to trasnfer accounts.
 
Your account was bound for a ban exposing name like that of an account that is sought after by almost all warframe players. You are lucky that i'm even agreeing to partially pay for it instead of a full refund.
If i knew you posted the account with name shown like that too with all those detailed descriptions, i would've ran the other way even if your account was worth 10k$ and you were selling for 100..
I don't wish to speak with you further, waiting on admin's reply.

So how do you buy accounts that are this rare in bulks? You just bought an item that has a risk by itself without making sure of anything and now you regret it, had I been in your place I would have analized the seller account for days before buying.
You can't charge me all this money after 1 and a half month with all these half baked accusations.
 
i would atleast like to get a partial refund of 350$, i am also taking the responsibility for being careless and buying this in the first place without fully researching. However i will not take full responsibility for this.
