What is the dispute about?Member dispute
Im selling an account with some "custom request", that buyer ask me. I did what he ask, and he really feel happy and good about it. But the trouble come later. When he sent the payment, in my paypal, it says it still on hold and it says i will get the money on 9th may.
So, right now, i don't have the money yet because still on hold, yet it appear on my history. But i can't refund the payment either.
Apparantly, the buyer sent it by good and services while i don't have an invoice ready, and with 0 paypal balance on his account. So paypal need to request money from his bank debit card which he linked to his paypal account.
I just want to ask who is the legal owner for this account, since he already paid for it, but i don't have the money yet, and can't refund it as well
should i give the account to the buyer or i need to wait until this payment thing solved?

What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc)
How long did you have the account before it was recalled?
