EpicNPC does NOT investigate disputes unless Trade Guardian was used. Instead we will conduct a review of the accused member's account. Please give the user a negative feedback instead.
If Trade Guardian was used, please go to the Trade Guardian > History or Active Transaction page and click the "Report" button. Someone will then join the chat and investigate your claim.

Describe the problem: I bought an e7 account and after the money went through, the seller vanished. Simple as that. Scammed of my $200. I understand that all I can do is leave negative feedback, but I'm hoping at least I could let others know the seller is scamming and get a "WARNING TRADE WITH CAUTION" thing on the seller's profile. I got no account and no refund. I have a couple more screenshots but they have personal information that I don't want to have to blur out. I've only blurred some of the info in the case that I am incorrect and to comply with guidelines.
Ever since the money sent through paypal, the seller hasn't responded to anything (even through EpicNPC). Prior to the deposit, this person would respond everyday. This is particularly significant because the money took around 6 days to go through. Melonzz had no problem responding promptly throughout those six days. I felt bad asking for a refund after Melonzzz waited 6 days, so I told him that he could keep $20 and refund the rest. If Melonzzz had not disappeared, he still would have made a $20 profit and kept the account. With the Overlord collab coming up, he'd have no reason to fear that the market would be particularly dry, either.
On the day of the deposit, I asked for a refund, to which I was told by Melonzzz that they would do so but need to sleep, and that they would contact me the following day. I've gotten nothing since then.
If the seller comes back, I will remove everything here. I'm hoping I'm wrong or that the seller has a change in heart, but that is outside my realm of control.
