It’s a start... but THE dream Rogue? No. As a Rogue, R14 is worthless in phase 6. The only reason to get it was because the weapons are better than the selection from BWL. Humans have the worst racials for PvP, but it’s not a deal breaker. For what it’s worth, he’s missing Belt of Never-ending Agony, Naxxramas weapons, and more! I would buy this for a friend, but my offer is $650.
