Making a new paypal after being banned :(

About a year ago my paypal business account was banned because scammers were recalling money every so often and paypal thought i was setting up some kind of scam because there was no proof of purchase, so they perma-banned my paypal account and i couldnt take my money out for 180 days and they also banned my ebay account which was connected with the paypal

I only sell the one off accounts for friends nowdays so i was looking at setting up just a personal paypal, for just a small account of transactions every month, (like ebay) so i dont get any more problems like that.

am i able to do this? do i need to change certain information when i sign up again? because i would really love to get back into ebay/paypal again after not using it for so long

Old topic but yes you can. Change Info,Bank,CC and such. Clear Cookies, Change IP Address, and you should be able to create one with no problems. If they can link anything back to your old account it may get limited you may use your same name though.
