LvL 70 TEMPEST Templar 18 Skillponts Remaining(Can transition into multiple caster builds)
INTRO
The Character currently is a lvl 70 Elemental Templar that shocks and kills monsters in groups instantly due to the high damage while the stragglers are dealt with by the offensive aura from Herald of Thunder, which also takes care of keeping the two curses up without having to cast them.
However the character is set up in a way that it can be transitioned into multiple different skillbuilds. You can use this same base for most of the fire,cold or lightning caster builds be that dual Flame Totem, Firestorm, Incinerate, Magma orb or going along with Arc, Tendrils, etc.
There are 18 skillpoints waiting to be spent and all the regret points are in tact, so basically the Templar can take any directions that the buyer prefers.
As you can see below, the area nodes are picked, they were necessary to speed up the leveling process. Still if you prefer to go to a more single target oriented build, the 22 Regret points can help you remove the unnecessary points.
Since I am involved with powerleveling, if you are uncertain how you could work out your previously planned build, I can set it up for you and make it viable and useable if it is within the possibilities ofc.

BASICS
The Character is an offensive beast with its current build, while defensewise it can be improved. Besides a decent wand/shield or staff it doesn't need damage from gear, so the defenses can be boosted quite a lot as long as the socket colors match. Most monsters up to boss level were stunned due to the high damage and the shocking component which meant I didn't get hit much.
STATS
Note that since so many points are in reserve, the current life is relatively low, but it will be improved once these points are distributed.
The character has 3000 effective HP (2460 HP and 540 ES) with all Elemental Resistances over cap due to the jewels and the gear, so it can be modified while still keeping the cap.Physical mitigation is low, but due to the massive amount of stun from Lightning Tendrils or the instant clear from Shock Nova, the Templar rarely takes any damage. The character is self sustaining, meaning you don't need to use your flasks continuously to progress. The Life and Mana Leech from Warlord's Mark takes care of the regens and the herald does that automatically.
STASH
The Stash contains few Chaos worth of currencies and some gems that dropped during the leveling process.
CURRENT BUILD
The lightning and shock builds are not gear dependent in general, same is true for this character as well. The current build is using mainly Shock Nova for fast AOE clear for trash/champions/rares, while Lightning Tendrils is used to burst rares/smaller unique bosses and to keep them in stunlock. For bosses that you can't get close, Chance to Ignite with Flameblast and Concentrated Effect combo is devastating on this level if they get ignited. Firestorm, Magma Orb Flame Totem are leveled so the build can be switched into any of them without losing damage. Shock Nova is currently linked with Lightning Penetration,Spell Echo and Added Lightning Damage, while Tendrils go with Faster Casting and Concentrated Effect.
The build's sustainability is based on killing shocked monsters, which with this build is a given. Thanks to this, the active component of Herald of Thunder is always up, dualcursing monsters with Conductivity and Warlords Mark so the life- and manaleech components keep the respective globes up without using any potions. The only drowback is Curse Immune monsters, in that case you will have to rely on mana potion. It is advised that you use Granite Flask frequently to compensate for occasional burst physical damage.
Besides Herald of Thunder, the build runs Wrath which boosts the damage quite a bit, but together with the herald the reserved mana is quite high, but the leeching keeps up the mana.
MASTERS
All favor gained while leveling is in tact, nothing has been spent on the hideout yet, so you can customize your own lair to your liking.
