I opened this other dispute a couple days ago: https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/lot...arranty-so-scamed-me-99.1916207/#post-7554527
Then LotroPay send me the new account they promised and I closed the dispute.
When I opened the account I noticed that the former owner has an active DDO account and so I sent him an email asking if he had sell his LOTRO account.
He answered me very soon with the email I am attaching here.
Please EpicNPC do something that makes LotroPay not to scam people any more.

after i sent report for this account today seller blocked me in telegram and deleted our conversation. Before i bought from him total 2 accounts (for last 2 weeks). but i have proof of payment (it was payment to QIWI - the most popular russian payment system)

buyer already offered our offer for new account. we gave new account and all good
 
This payment does not prove anything

I am going to leave @EpicNPC to decide in this case

what can i do if in telegram you can delete all your message in anytime ?

you can ban me on this forum but other 500+ buyers will lose their lifetime warranty for accounts
 
Based on recall rules a neutral feedback was added to LotroPay's account.

LotroPay sells lotro account to Darmok
account is recalles shortly after sale
Darmok receives 2nd account
owner confirms he never sold the account and it was stolen

LotroPay please issue a fully refund to Darmok. I'm sure he does not want a 3rd account from you at this point.

LotroPay we also need your sellers contact and payment information.

1) Proof of payment showing who you purchased this account from.
2) Email or chat (username) showing you purchased this account

The seller you're working with is a scammer and we must add their information to this dispute thread and check to see if they're a member on Epicnpc.

i gave him one more account and he accepted it and all good. if you want i can offer also refund, no problem, even with bonus.

1) i gave screenshots to Angel (proof of payment) . it was to Qiwi (the most popular payment system in Russia), there is phone number. he is not member of epicnpc. he just contacted with me in Telegram

2) in telegram you can delete conversation in anytime. because its telegram. you can try it. you can delete conversation even after 1 year. seller added me in black list after i reported about this problem. i losed money too. i also sent this screenshots to Angel. and will send this screenshots now to you too

i will use only trust sellers in the future .

i always solve problems of buyers.

we sold here maybe 500+ accounts and there was only 5-10 problems and i resolved all problems with buyers.

you can ban me on this forum if you want, but all 500+ buyers will lose their lifetime warranty for this accounts. im trust seller and never scam your members of epicnpc

as you see i have a lot positive feedbacks and 10+ pages of reviews in my thread for 4 years.
