I second this, i had similar experience, bought an account from Lotropay and it has been reclaimed 3 weeks after. Lotropay does not give you all informations to secure your account, so it can be reclaimed by him/original owner at any time.
When you look at Lotropay sales rate of lifetime accounts you should understand that it is suspicious, where does he get all those lifetime accounts, look at the sales rate, there is no way he has access at all these lifetime accounts legitimately, all these are hacked accounts, sold then reclaimed and sold again.
I have all proofs of this scam, you have been warned.

lotropay is selling acounts with no info to recover if hacked
I bought this account from a 3rd party that came from lotropay unknown to me it had only had persons name and email and bday i got hacked or the person reclaimed the account a year in i filed a dispute with epicnpc here against the 3rd pary who sold me the account. epicnpc brought lotropay in to fix this offered me a new account with even less info so if i get hacked or the person reclaims the account i have no way to reclaim the account back 0 lotropay then accused me of scamming him somehow when i was the person scammed. He then claimed my screenshot from ssg showing them asking for the original owners home adress billing adress same thing which i wasnt given by lotropay or voux epicnpc then says that lotro doesnt ask for home adress (which they did) lotropay then tells me its dangerous to put original owner info when ive had accounts for over 10 years bought from original owner never had an issue my 1st time dealing with lotropay unintentional to me this happens.
DO NOT BUY FROM LOTROPAY they do not provide the full account info once your hacked or the person reclaims the account your screwed all they can do is re offer a new acount without the info.

Dude. First off get your panties out of a wad and man up. Second I haven't talked to you in like a year when I sold the account to you. Like over a year ago. And you had the account for a YEAR. Not shortly after. You tried messaging me about a month ago 1 time saying the account got taken back. Dude it happens! I have nothing to do with it nor made any promises that it wouldn't happen. I sold the account I bought from LOTRO PAY. The guy that sells all the accounts. He promised me that it would never get taken back or hacked. So if you have any beef take it up with him. It happens to everybody on here. I don't even use this site anymore I dont have any accounts. You knew the risk.

the info YOU gave me was not correct i was also told by ssg that the another person was claiming the account back you also didnt give me the adress on the account also. So im sorry the feedback stands dude i didnt buy the account from lotro pay i bought it from you with bad info about the account i can easily prove all this so either you or lotro pay or the original owner reclaimed the account back with the correct info which i wasnt given. As for risk and all that either were both screwed or lotro pay is to blame all i know is i was given bad account info that didnt work when it got hacked or reclaimed. I had tryed to contact you in messages for awhile btw no answer you only answered when i posted the feedback so it is what it is i recommend you not buy from this person.

seller sold hacked/reclaimed account
I had purchased a lotro account from this person shortly after the account was reclaimed by original owner and the info i was given about the account to get it back was innacurate the seller will not answer mails to him on here so this is my final resort. Do not by anythng from this seller he deals in hacked accounts or he himself reclaims them later very pissed off here and this seller is gone beware
