Lost "Verified" status :(

I was verified on 9 June 2015.
I provided ID copy and confirmed telephone number.

Today for some reasons i lost "Verified" badge. I think it can be because previously i used "Steam Login" but today i accidentally tried to use regular "Login".
After several hours later Doomed removed one of my threads:

And gave me infraction (becaus CoC forum is only for Verified members).

Can you please give me "Verified" status back and restore my CoC thread?
That thread should be "sticked" starting from tomorrow....
