Describe the problem: On 2/17/2023 I attempted to login to the bdo account that I purchased on 2/11/2023 after taking a short break. When I realized that the account information I was putting in was rejecting I checked the email that was attached I noticed that there was activity regarding the account that I did not authorize.

Immediately I attempted to change information to the account but do the alternative email being setup after he had taken the account back was not able to change the info. I contacted PA to resolve the issue but because I am not the original owner of the account nothing could be done.
I came to check the forums for information and I stumbled across the seller with a Listing for an account that despite no information being given had a screen shot of the gear that i knew as mine. These screen shots were taken on 9/18/2023 around 11:00pm

i will reply as soon as i can is 2 am here have to go sleep for a bit. sylvari asking for many thing, and dont understand something what did you lose acces to th account if you was reciving all the email of alternative etc ? i will be back 4 - 6 hours

No mail notification for me to be able to change the account information after noticing the change was received due to the alternative mail changes.



As you can see in the first picture is the notification of a password change that I did not authorize. In the second picture you can see the first additional email added VERY SIMILAR TO THE ORIGINAL despite it being censored by the email. And then an additional notification of the 2 adding of an email removing the original thus revoking my access to the account.

Additionally we can see here in the following photos that the PA/Bdo account was accessed first then the email attached was attempted to be changed by you.



Finally if you look at the first picture here the safety information used is quite similar to the first email used on the addition email added.

also PA gives you a week to remove any changes

as i can see you was waiting the week to do something ?
and the email and the similar things you found can be edited or something to say i was it
also you said the account i have posted is the same as your account do you have screen to prove it at least it ?

also i gave you all the information to have the ownership of the account was one of the thing that why i selled the account in that price was giving with all as you can read in the old post.
