Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: He asked for payment then refunded it, so we made a deal that I could send $230 that I had at the time and he would give me the account, then later when I get the refund into my account I would send the rest. In the mean time I would leave the account details the same. I then sent the rest $120 that we agreed to make the total $350 and he wouldn't give me the account. This was all over a matter of 4 days that we had to get it all dealt with. And was still trying to sell the account to another person. I have screenshots to prove it all.
