Looking to buy a semi-whale to whale account. Spending a max of around $300

Must have characters are Zhongli, Venti, Keqing, Mona, Diluc, and Tartaglia/Childe and a nice amount of constellations/refinements on 4* characters/weapons. I would also like the account to have Wolf's Gravestone and The Black Sword. There may be a bit of wiggle room depending on the account.
