A plus if characters have dupes, like C6 Amy for example.
Have a pretty wide budget, open to anywhere from 500-1100, just depends on the account, obliviously c6 characters or optimal dupes will be on higher end, if its something like mutiple c6 of top tier characters I can stretch budget a tad bit higher.
