First of all to cut straight to the price. I have only $400.
Since i can't go higher cos i dont have the money I am throwing in my steam personal account with the $400.
My steam account high value is around $2,000. lowest value is $520. Containing (246 Games).
It is an 8 year account up to lvl 20. Original Owned. And never have been banned or flagged.

That would be a total of $920. You would be getting $400 plus 246 games that you could be having funn with.
As for the guild wars 2 account:
-I am looking for an account With most tire 1 Legendary weapons and few new Tire 2 ones.
To be exact 16 or + legendary weapons would do the trick.
-Looking for all 3 legendary armors completed ( Heavy/Medium/ Light). I can do 2 as well. Prefer (Heavy/Light)
-2 Legendary Backpiece.
-Legendary Aurora in at least 2 characters. 1 will do the trick as well.
-All mounts unlocked.
-All crafting must be maxed.
-Cool skins and or Auras.
-Fractals maxed.
If you have any other perks from your account that you just wanna share with me let me know
