Looking for advice. My account was recalled, trade happened 3 months ago

I traded my account with some guy 3 months ago. I never transfered his characters off the account because i thought i could trust him. Just recently he recalled his account and i cant get in touch with him.

What information do i need and what do i tell blizzard to get my account back? Im the original owner. Is it possible to get the characters back if he transfered them off so long ago?

If you're the original owner, yes, it is possible.

I would suggest calling Blizzard, and inform them of what have happened, just say: "My account was compromised, and i would like to recall it". Just have your information ready in an email, because they'll most likely say that you should fill out an email and call again. And calling 2 times can be a [censored].. Sometimes there's like 4 hours waiting time.

If it's not a Battle.net account, i would suggest that you have the following information ready:

First Name
Last Name

Original Email on the account

Secret Question
Secret Answer

Your whole CD-KEY (only the last six digits are important, but rarely they require the full CD-KEY)

A Scan of your ID (i suggest taking 3 pictures, one with your ID + CD-KEY, ID + Your face and ID + a handwritten note that says something like "To Account administration".
