->1000+ matchmaking wins (rank does not matter)
->A lot of (Golden) Operation Coins
->Tournament Pins
->Pick em Coins
->Faceit, ESEA, etc account should be included, rank there doesn't matter either
->High Steam Lvl

The more requirements your account mets, the more i will pay obviously.

I can pay a very high price (i would not care paying ~1000$ for the perfect account)
