He gave me the LoL account and I submitted feedback to him.
Then 5 days later he comes back to me and sais that I reversed the payment, which I never did.
He then reclaimed the LoL account.
We used moneybookers and I contacted them and they told me that the only person that can REVERSE a payment is the receiver and that there had been no such occurrings with the specific transaction.

I think he accidentally reversed the money himself or something and now he's using that to get his account back (which i don't have access to no longer)
if he gives me a full refund of the 25 USD or give me the account back, Im ready to withdraw this dispute
but if he starts posting screenshots of the "money reverse" that NEVER HAPPENED and doesn't even work at skrill, then yopu know he's fabricating evidence and a very low person.

please remove my positive feedback from him also.

I don't know if you even have the opportunity to recall money that you send with Skrill the same way as you can with Paypal.. I would like to see a screenshot of email from Skrill confirming that a transaction have been recalled.

Exactly. Yet he claims that I reversed the money and that's why he reclaimed his LoL account!
I even mailed Skrill and asked and the reply is the last screenshot I attached where they CLEARLY explain that ANY transaction is INSTANT, FINAL and cannot be REVERSED.

This means that lolbg (sorcerak, the scammer) now has the LoL account that he gave me and I, agnestort, don't have the money that he says I reversed.
I think he either realized that he sold the account too cheap and thought it would be a smart move to pretend that I reversed the money or he's just a cheap ******* trying to sell his account plenty of times. Too bad neither I or him received any email saying that the transaction was reversed.
The only evidence he has is some sort of fabricated **** where it sais "Reversed to -my email-" which is FAKE and just a huge lie.

Sadly, the only proof I have that I don't have access to the LoL account and HE has is:

"FIGHT WITH RIOT TO GET MY ACC BACK FOR 4 DAYS NOW"
"NOW I LOST A LOT OF IP IN MY ACCOUNT" - how does he know this if he doesn't reclaimed the LoL account? (it is true that I used a lot of IP)

It's a typical scamming technique to turn everything around and just press CAPS and start blaming the buyer for everything.

Belive me or not , my money is still missing , i told him before i recall my account back , i never lied him for somethink.
Now i dont care what he trying to do , my money isnt in my account , they was reversed back to him.
I have e-mail from skrill today they told me maybe i reverse the money to him by miself incidently or somehow , but my money isnt in my account ,,i dont spend them or whatever .

I realy dont know how its happend , but i dont think i must apolagise or somethink to someone or whatever.
I have previous trade , the guy who send me money still playing on my other lol acc and i will never try to get it back , noly coz his money is in my poket !
Administrators , do what youve think is right to be done !
Bann me or whatever, i will not negotiate with incorect guy like agnestort.
p.s. if you spend some time in his forum actions you can see that he try to buy every lol account wich he saw on the forum , and i realy dont think he can afford all account here.
