Instant Messenger username of the person you're accusing: draken#3489 is the accused but it looks like he shares epicnpc account with libertydragon#7925. They both post under the epicnpc account libertydragon but use different discord IDs for their transactions.

What is the dispute about? He received payment and never sent me the account info. No response on discord after receiving payment. I want a refund or the account that was promised.
Other details / notes:
I contacted seller on discord to talk about the process and he said after payment is received, he would change the email on the account to mine to verify new ownership. After confirming receipt of the money, he asked for my email and then never sent anything and hasn't been online in discord to respond back. He also has different discord tags. The threads where he's sold his accounts he deletes the info but for the summoners war account, it was done through draken#3489 but if you look at his most other postings, its done through libertydragon#7925. After not receiving the account or a reply on discord from draken, I went to look at the account info again and tried adding libertydragon#7925 to get an answer and it looks like he is aware of the draken account being used to scam ppl, most likely he is complicit as well.

What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc)
How long did you have the account before it was recalled?
