LFhunt3r Account Recalled and Locked 3 days after purchase.

As the above says, i paid 150$ for the warrior, i bought from him. i paid 30$ and 25$ respectively to transfer and faction change. And today the account is locked not 24 hours after i faction and server xfer;d he guaranteed the account was 100% safe hes MMObay verified and had +3 positive feedback at the time. Ive contacted him via text. and if he does not answer me in the next couple of hours ill be filing a PayPal dispute as well.

here is the email i got from blizzard

Hi, my name is Anthony, we spoke today about your account.

We have determined that your Battle.net account has been accessed by someone not authorized to do so by the Terms of Use (Blizzard Entertainment: Battle.net Terms of Use).

WE SPOKE TODAY* note the above.

i no longer have the AIM conversation. It didnt save when i thought it did, but i was guaranteed this account was 100% safe. otherwise i would not have purchased it.

Please post a screenshot of the Paypal payment and the email you received.

Also your thread title is inaccurate, the account wasn't recalled, it was locked. Big difference.

Ok first of all i didnt recall the account. and the guy texted me and said he got account back. after i refunded his money.....so as of right now he has the account and his money back....and im the one being called a scammer?

And blizzard has been watching account activity very closely lately. If you change email and server xfer and faction change and change name and all that stuff within 24 hrs of being logged in on a different IP address they look at that as suspicious activity. bing bam boom account lock.

update, he refunded me the money AFTER i called blizzard and got the account unlocked, (Which i did successfully) account currently has an authenticator as well. Ill be giving back LFhunt3r his money as soon as paypal releases the current hold on it. Im in contact with him currently through text messages.
