Alright Im gonna sum this up at the top then post the info below for you to read all the Aim logs are saved and I will email them to forum mods at request contact me on aim at ziek1883

First off I traded a priest/warrior/rogue to Sportguy91 in exchange for his hunter catechism

Everything went smooth after a month I decided to sell the hunter for $185 US to L1nuxgold and about three weeks after that the hunter was recalled and the priest/warrior/rogue I traded sportsguy91 were account xfered

Now I spoke with the OO of the priest account (the orignal OO not the one of the new xfered account) and he found out who was currently playing him which is mastervance and that mastervance traded sportsguy91 now with mastervance having the account safe and on a new one he recalls the hunter on me so Im out an account and have a claim on paypal pending for the guy I sold account to

Now I have done some tracking of this and a few things I would like to point out
*Sportsguy91 claims the priest account got banned in his defense so he owes me nothing when after that i confronted the original owner and mastervance who tell me the account is currently active
*Sportsguy91 tells mastervance that he doesnt have recall info for the hunter yet in my convo with him he first said he had the id for the account and it would take 7-10 days to get it back for me
*he told the guy he traded with I was the OO of the priest account when I never told him I was
*sportsguy91 tries to tell me that the priest account was banned at the end of are conversation never bringing it up unti then the hole time when the account was supposively banned 5 hours before I talked to him yet when I asked him
*when I asked him about this he said he just opened it and he called blizz and someone called in and changed all the info on him
*I asked him how he called blizzard just now when it takes over 30 minutes to get through to them and he said he opened it earlier
<<I dunno whats going on with this cycle in the last few points that you can read below but hes lying somewhere in there>>

(this does not include the prevouis conversations of me finding out I traded sportsguy91 for the hunter I had totally forgotten his name since I forgot to give him a rating a long time ago when we traded)

I just wanted to chime in on Zieks side of this whole thing, sort of.

First off, heres my stamp of approval saying everything he copy-pasted from my conversations with him was just how we discussed it, no alterations there. Heres my side of what all happened...


SportsGuy91 traded the priest/warrior/rogue to me for my druid. He lied to me from the very begining by saying that he was the O/O, and that he knew the SQ/A. The result was he had my druid, and its SQ/A, and I had an account with 3 60's which I did not know the SQ/A to.

Lucky for me, the O/O accidentally recalled the account, got in touch with my good friend in-game and got on AIM to return the account to me. He was also kind enough to give me the SQ/A - so all is well in that regard.

SportsGuy91 claims to have been keylogged, and the druid account was compromised. The O/O (that good friend of mine) sent in the proper ID to Blizzard in an attempt to reclaim the account, but I do believe it has been banned due to something the "hacker" said.


Do I believe SportsGuy91 is a scammer? Not really, I think he was just an incredibly careless and eager traded who ended up screwing one person, and nearly screwing another. Does he deserve to be banned from this site? I don't really know, however, everyone trading with him should take extra precaution and take anything he says with a grain of salt. If you cannot be bothered to go to parental controls and make sure you know the SQ/A before trading or selling, you should probably not be here...
