Transaction went off without a hitch, this is my second time buying an account off of him. However, on the 17th the account was recovered by the original owner and I haven't been able to be in contact with Smashingharbor in 3 days. Proof below. Also he mentioned this:

If you can suggest a way for me to prove that the account was recovered, I'd glady do so. You mentioned the account belonged to your friend. I checked the purchase history on the account and the owner spent a considerable sum of RP on champions for a $25 account. I neglected to take a screenshot of this, but if the account is your friend's there will not be a problem recovering it through Riot support if I were to lie.

Also, I would like to settle this issue with a $25 refund. I rather not go through another transaction where the account may be recovered. Also I do not mean to insinuate anything, but an active seller as yourself should be responding to Skype messages in a timely fashion. It's been 4 days with no response since I've sent you my concerns via Skype.

A kid just tried to do the same thing to me the other day, claimed a account was recovered and then tried to get a refund when he still had possesion of account, so if you can prove the account has been recovered and that your not just trying to scam for money back i may do a refund

Plus your lying about the rp, the account hadnt made any cash purchases in 3 months. Riot only shows past 30 days

I'm unsure of what kind of proof you wish for me to supply besides me being unable to log into the account. Plus I didn't say anything about RP purchases. I said a number of champions were bought using RP. Money has been spent on the account and in the case that I am trying to keep the account and get my money back, your friend can easily recover the account through Riot support. The peace of mind knowing that the account is recoverable by you is the closest thing to proof that I can give you.

Smash you said a friend asked you to sell it, have said friend recover it then proceed from there. It shouldn't be an issue unless details of ownership were left out. Time isn't an issue either in regards to access, your friend should be able to assist.

I'm no stranger to game account trading. There should be no problem recovering the account if the account was legitimately your friend's. I do not like to make accusatory statements, nor do I like being accused of being a scammer. But the few likely scenarios I see are:
a) the account was recovered by you/your friend after I had paid you $25, leaving me down $25 and an account.
b) you are selling a stolen account that was recovered by the original owner.
c) I am lying and am trying to scam you out of $25.

Situation c is impractical for me because if you are not lying, you should be able to recover the account if I do manage to get a refund through Paypal. I have better things to do than to waste your time, my time, and the time of the moderators on this forum.

All I want is to be refunded my $25, and you can recover your account.

Sorry for interupting, but if you know the Original Owner, you can just ask him to recover the account, and than easily do everything all over again, without paying. This way everyone could win, and if one of you guys lie, it would come up very fast. Thats just an idea, delete if its lame.

If a recall claim is made by the buyer and no proof is provided by either party (as nearly all LoL recalls are), the seller will have to either provide a refund or 2nd account.

Smashingharbor owns a refund or if icEEE accepts a 2nd account of equal value. icEEE has already stated he does not want a 2nd account so please issue a refund. You can then contact your friend and recover the account.

Guess what, this kid lies to get a refund and you support it, if it was recalled he would get a email for a violation of terms in conditions for riot games. He couldnt supply this because it wasnt recalled, now im gonna go recall my account, and then im going to never use this site again, when admins support scammers its a good sign to run for the hills as fast as possible before i lose something of serious value.
